KLIPPAN UK

All orders are delivered directly from Klippan in Sweden

 Minimum order value is £150

Orders over £500 are carriage free

You can combine orders from Klippan, Klippan Kids and Bengt & Lotta 

For orders under £500 carriage is usually around £23

Please supply your EORI number when ordering.

Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation from Klippan in Sweden. This will indicate the date your order will be packed. Items on back order will be given an indicated date of availability. Klippan will not send a back order if the value is under £100

When your order is dispatched Klippan will send you tracking information. It is strongly advised to daily track your order via the shippers website. You will find a link to pay Government charges (20% VAT) prior to delivery. If you are VAT registered you can claim back the VAT payment in the usual way.

The shipper (UPS) will also charge a brokerage fee of around £12.20 Government charges are paid to the shipper - not Klippan.

If you order felted wool items such as purses you may incur additional charges for Duty (3%) as these items are made in Nepal and not the EU.

Payment of Klippan's invoice is to their British bank account. You can find details on your invoice.

Credit accounts are at the discretion of Klippan in Sweden.
